Yahoo avatar help.?!
Question: ehh ok how do i make my yahoo avatar bigger. Like alot of people have it more as a vertical rectangle. I cant figure it out DX

You just need to upload an image with those dimensions. The widest an avatar can be is 100 pixels, but it can be 3x or so times as tall. So just upload an image that is longer than it is wide, and it will work automatically.
Edit: I meant to say 50 pixels wide max. The rest holds true, though.
Edit2: Ok you really don't want to just change the dimensions of a picture to make it skinnier or taller or what not. If you do that, you'll distort the picture.
Here's the easy way to get a good picture that will work in MSPaint.
-Open up a picture in Paint.
-Click on the Select tool (it's a little box with a dotted line around it)
- Select the area of the picture that you will use for the avatar. Make the selection taller than it is wide so it be bigger on Answers.
-Once you have the selection you want, go to the top menu and select Image>Crop. It should just leave you with your selection, and everything else will be gone.
-Save the image as a .jpg (that's all Yahoo takes).
And you are done. If you have any more questions, just ask!
Edit: Are you sure? Check really quickly for a sec. Go to Start>Run and enter in MSPaint. Or if you are using Vista, type MSPaint into the "Start Search" when you click on the Windows icon where Start should be.
If that doesn't bring up Paint, we'll do it a different way. Or you can just give me a picture, and I'll do it really quickly for you.

wooo, mat tell em already....it just it said, modify ur picture that ur vertical size is bigger than its horizontal...that is like 100x200
