LOST!!! the first and second season is really rock!!!but the third up is a bit boring
I like both of those shows, but I give Heroes the edge. Lost is still a great show and I am happy that they are finally showing some new shows and not just the people ON the island. It's nice to finally see people OFF the island too. I think Lost was coming close to "been there, done that", or having something like "filler" episodes. Heroes is new, fresh, something different. Right now, I think Heroes is the better show.
