Cardcaptor Sakura grown up/Clamp Reunion?!

Question: So, I've recently been watching for the first time in their entirety the undubbed seasons of Cardcaptor Sakura. I just finished Season 2 along with the first movie.
A friend of mine who is still secretly a Clamp fanboy told me that there exists some kind of 'Clamp Reunion' in which Sakura appears as an adult and Queen of a realm. I've no idea whether he was referring to a manga or an anime, but I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny the existence of such a Clamp release, its exact nature, and/or where I might find it.
As always, your answers are appreciated.

It's called Tsubasa Chronicle.

It's not exactly a "CLAMP reunion"...
> Here's the thing -- CLAMP recycles their characters, this means that some of their characters from one series shows up in another series. They have the same facial features and everything -- however they are put into a completely different plot.

In Tsubasa Chronicle, Sakura is a Princess however she loses her memories and Syaoron, an archaeologist - goes from realm to realm trying to find all her feathers which are her memories.
> Tsubasa not only contains characters from CardCaptor Sakura, but also from some of CLAMP's other works such as Chobits, xxxHOLiC, etc...

Anyways, all in all - your friend is right -- the show he is referring to is called Tsubasa Chronicles. The manga is called Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. However it is nothing like CCS - it just contains the same characters.

I started watching Tsubasa Chronicle after I finished watching CardCaptor Sakura too. TC is pretty good, you'll like it.
> I hope this helps ^_^

uhm i think you're talking about Tsubasa Chronicles, however in Tsubasa it doesn't really have anything to do with Cardcaptor Sakura other than that they have a couple of the same characters. in the story/plot they don't really relate to each other

To expand further on what Jazmin has stated about CLAMP's use of recycled characters.

Just look at the web of interconnected storylines or re-used characters in all the animated versions of CLAMP's series.

CLAMP just loves their characters and with their constant air-time, means those characters will essentially never die into obscurity.
^ ._. ^

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and yeah, your friend's secret is safe with me...
