VS Aion from Chrno Crusade. He would win at everything because he cheats lol. He's so underhanded. He would also definitely win at number 10. Even though Sakura is powerful, Aion would beat the crap out of her especially if he had the head of pandemonium still.
No way that Sakura is the strongest. Tenchi has been said to be stronger than the Living Tribunal, an omniponet being that can create and destroy worlds in the blink of an eye, who is the most powerful being in all of Marvel, second only to the One Above All (AKA God).
Gotta give Tenchi the edge here.
