Wow! That's quite a list you got there. I would recommend:
- Gundam series
Wing and Seed series would be my personal recommendation. Then there's the new Mobile Suit Gundam 00 which I haven't had time to watch.
- Macross series
There's a new series Macross Frontier coming in April 2008. Dying for that
- Code Geass R2
Second season is coming in April 2008 (I see you have Code Geass up there)
- Rurouni Kenshin
- Marchen Awakens Romance (MAR)
- Shining Tears X Wind
- Rosario+ Vampire
- Hatenkou Yuugi
- Persona Trinity Soul (A little psychological but still good. Plot's a little slow though)
