Hand to hand, it's no contest, Heero will definetly beat Kira.
Gundam to Gundam, Kira might have a Gundam with more firepower (Kai Zero Wing don't have as much of cannons as Freedom), but Heero is more insane than Kira and probably will destroy Kira, along with himself in the process if necessary.
Wing versus Strike though, the winner is always Wing.
But we know that Fei Fong Wong is capable of defeating both of them with his Xenogears, he's mental enough and Xenogears is divinely powered.
