What great anime series should I watch next?!
Question: I like anime with involved storylines and interesting characters.
I'm really only interested in dramatic, well-thought-out fantasy series (Full Metal Alchemist, Read or Die, Escaflowne)-
-or compelling science fiction (Macross Plus, Rahxephon, Neon Genesis, Serial Experiments iain, Ghost in the Shell).
I've had Blood+ recommended to me (I loved the film), S-Cry-Ed, and One Piece. I'm not particularly interested in DBZ kinda stuff, and am ONLY interested in completed, self contained series that have already come to a close. Forget Bleach or Naruto or stuff that goes on forever.
Does anybody have any ideas? Again I'm after series, not films at the moment. Thanks for any suggestions!

elfen lied thiers only like 14 episodes but its like 1 the deepest animes out there dont read manga its not as good as the anime the only con abput this anime is its large ammount of fan service
