The anime bleach?!
Question: heres a story i made up as to why it was named that. i think its because the creator spent millions of hours trying to think of a good name for a show like that and he wasnt eating or sleeping or bathing,or paying any of his bills( yikes!) and then all of the suden his power went out cause he didnt pay his electric bill. he was so exausted then he didnt even care so he got up to go get a drink and wandered into what he thought was the kitchen and picked up and drank what he thought was soda and he was shocked to find out that it was actually bleach! he shoughted out " ahh, its bleach" and then thats when it hit him , he could name the show bleach!

Sorry, but that's not the story how it's named Bleach. It's mostly because of the "unusual" color of the character's hair, like Ichigo's orange hair....
Something to do with bleaching the hair, but I'm not so sure exactly how it's named. I think wikipedia has it. =)

also i checked the meaning of bleach in dic :
if u bleach something you use a chemical to make it white or pale
so i guess it is named bleach because ichigo turns white.........you know, when he goes hallow/shinigami ?

It is actually because of all of the characters hair colors throughout the anime. Yours was a good guess though, LOL that was funny.
I always thought it was because of the hollows being white or because the hollow inside ichigo is white like Bleach.
