Tsubasa{not a cardcaptors sequel}: Its both Romance,magical, AND you find the same characters from almost all of clamps mangas. Clamp is a group of authors and their also the ones that wrote cardcaptor sakura. {Its no longer on youtube} One of the eps is completely in CHIBE form! their adorable in all of them though!

Tactics: Its good but type in a ep 1 next to it or youll never find it {On youtube at least} becuase theres a bunch of other shows also called like this.
Theres not that much romance init but it really depneds on how you perceve it though.
