There are two more that I can think of: Neon Genesis Evangelion and Speed Racer.
NGE, well, they were going to make a live action movie for it, and maybe they still are. Speed Racer is coming out soon.
And, I know that Avatar: The Last Airbender is only anime-based, but they are doing a live-action movie trilogy for it. :)

but now unfortunately Hollywood wants to do it to Dragonball just like they did to Transformers

Lots of them, but most of the Hollywood movies (Guyver, Crying Freeman etc) are pretty weak.

Dragon Ball is having a live action released in '09.
Death Note has three live action films.
Grave of the Fireflies was made into a live action movie.
Mushishi has a live action movie (inferior to anime).
Great Teacher Onizuka had a live action tv show.
Nodame Cantabile also had a live action tv show.
Basilisk had one too (as the first guy mentioned).
