Uhhhh.....probably not gonna happen anytime this century. But, Saskue could try? And if he wins then he really has nothing to do afterwards.....so it's probably better if he doesn't beat him for a while (or even get within 129? miles of him) But, that's just my opinion. >.<

Itachi could have won, don't forget. He held back Amataseru's true power in fear of damaging Sasuke too much.
And judging by that poke he gave Sasuke, I don't know if Itachi really wanted to kill Sasuke.
