Has Sakura ever called Naruto, "Naruto-Kun"?!
Question: If not, why? After all these time, they act like best friends now. They care for eachother alot and are on the same vurges. How come Naruto's the only one where Sakura won't add a suffix to?

Once, she did in Episode 4 when they first met Kakashi for the first time. But she only said it to be nice in front of a Jounin.

I can't really find if Naruto even ever had a dream @@. But like the person below me said, sometimes suffixes aren't used because the person is too close to even need one. That might be the case with Sakura and Naruto. As you can see, their bond throughout the whole thing from beginning to now is very different.

When I was watching the anime Tsubasa Chronicles -- Syaoron called Sakura -- Sakura-chan. And then Sakura said, don't add the -chan and I'm calling you Syaoron, not Syaoron-kun. She said this because she explained to Syaoron that when two people are really close and respect each other emotionally and on different levels, you don't need to add -chan or -kun [suffixes].
So relating back to the Naruto incident. I think that's the reason why Sakura doesn't call Naruto, Naruto-kun. I mean in the beginning, I think she just hated him and didn't want to give him respect. But then later on, both of them became immensely close, especially with the whole Sasuke ordeal - and now the suffixes are no longer needed.
However I think Naruto calls Sakura, Sakura-chan still because he wants her to understand that they are close, nonetheless he'll still add the -chan to show deep respect.
Anyways, there is my hypothesis :)
no only "sasuke-kun" sakura that stupid BAKA ! she adds kun to a guy who hates her and not to the one who loves her. SHE"S A BAKA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
