I never saw Initial D, but I'm sure that they have it at (Veoh.com) It's kinda like youtube, but not, because there is more official stuff and less user created crap. It's awesome they have everything. I even got to watch some avatar the last airbender on there. all full episodes.
Take advantage of this site before it goes mainstream.
