omega isnt a alien..hes a dark dragon inside of one of the dark dragon balls. the little guys under him in that pic are the other dragons

i have to say that the best movie is the fourth one

im not sure about the movies because i haven't watched any but the white alien with spikes is called syn shenron from dragonball GT
I'm not really sure because DragonBall has a lot of movies and all of them are great - I'd prefer English dub over sub on this anime.
I think you meant Frieza XD, the first boss Goku fought against in DBZ.
Bio Broly is cool, too - but I only watched the Japanese version, though.
[edit] Oh, wait - your second question; there was another guy who looked like what you described, Omega Shenron, the final bad boss Goku battled in DBGT.
