After what happens in Dirge of Cerberus, I'd have to go with Vincent.
Galactus is not able to do serious damage to a planet without one of his heralds preparing it for him to be consumed in advance.
On the other hand, Vincent, goes up to Omega WEAPON (a being designed to kill everything on a planet, gather up all the lifeforce energy from it, and transport it to another planet) and kills it *in a single attack* with nothing but his own power.
I don't usually participate in these questions, but given that he's enormous and capable of devouring entire planets, I think Galactus would have a huge advantage.

Galactus is a thousand times more powerful than all of his heralds combined. He just has heralds to do his nuisance work for him. Between the Fallen One and Silver Surfer, Galactus got along fine consuming planets by himself for billions of years.
