I can't remember the name of this old cartoon! HELP!?!
Question: I have searched forever to try and find the name of this cartoon. I used to watch it on cartoon network in the afternoons in the 90s. It's about superhero dogs. They're regular dogs by day, and they become more humanistic and become superheros. There's a golden retriever who lives at the White House, and he represents America. He's the main character. Then there's like a female dog and a german shepherd who was always hitting on her. I even remember a quote:
German Shepherd: "Tanks"
Golden Retriever: "Here ya go"
Shepherd: "No tanks"
Golden takes item back
Shepherd: "Tanks"
Golden hands it back
Shepherd: "No tanks!"
Golden: "Make up your mind!"
Tanks crash through a wall. They pop out of the rubble and the golden turns to the shepherd.
Golden: "Oh, tanks!"

oh yeah i remember that, it was Dog City.
And there were also bad guys too right, they were cats.
