naruto or bleach at barnes and nobles or borders express

Depends on the genre he's into. The best place to look would be at your local (large scale) booksellers like Barnes and Noble.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Hellsing anime series. You can purchase those either with Amazon (the cheapest including shipping) or try your luck at Best Buy (some Best Buys do not carry the series any longer...it's a hit or miss at that store).

Okay I will help you I am a guy here is a list of very good manga that your husband should like

Slam Dunk(Comedy & BasketBall)
Vagabond(Historical & Samurai)
Blade Of The Immortal(Historical & Samurai & Sci-FI)
Naruto Part 2(Ninjas & Well What Else Is There)

These are my 4 fav mangas(grapic novel) and you can get these online or at any large book store.

Well...considering at what your husband likes...I have a few to recomend:
- Hellsing
- Ghost Hunt
- Death Note
- Monster
- Hell Girl
- Higurashi no naku koroni
- Full Metal Panic (ACtion)

you can buy them at your local bookstore. Borders and Barnes and noble have a huge section dedicated to anime/manga.

I know my cousins (in college or out of college) really like Naruto. That is a pretty popular anime for all ages. I personally do not like the english dubbing because it is suited for kids. I suggest that you get manga for your husband and have him watch the anime on www.narutocentral.com unless you have access to english subbing.

Fullmetal Panic (also an anime)
Sousuke Sagara, a seventeen year old military specialist working for the secret organization MITHRIL, has been assigned to protect the latest "Whispered" candidate Kaname Chidori. To complete this task Sousuke will have to deal with enemies from his past as well as the occasional panty thief. Unfortunately for Sousuke, the toughest part of his mission isn't only protecting Miss Chidori but also getting used to living an average High School students life, no easy task for someone raised on the battlefield.

naruto (also an anime)

Fullmetal Alchemist (also an anime)
In an alchemical ritual gone wrong, Edward Elric lost his arm and his leg, and his brother Alphonse became nothing but a soul in a suit of armor. Equipped with mechanical "auto-mail" limbs, Edward becomes a state alchemist, seeking the one thing that can restore his brother and himself... the legendary Philosopher's Stone.

Death Note(also an anime): Light Yagami is an ace student with great prospects--and he's bored out of his mind. But all that changes when he finds the Death Note, a notebook dropped by a rogue Shinigami death god. Any human whose name is written in the notebook dies, and now Light has vowed to use the power of the Death Note to rid the world of evil. But when criminals begin dropping dead, the authorities send the legendary detective L to track down the killer. With L hot on his heels, will Light lose sight of his noble goalor his life?

Bleach(also an anime): Kurosaki Ichigo never asked for the ability to see ghosts, he was born with the gift. When his family is attacked by a Hollow, a malevolent lost soul, Ichigo becomes a Death God, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace.

Inuyasha (also an anime): Kagome is a modern Japanese high school girl. Never the type to believe in myths and legends, her world view dramatically changes when, one day, she's pulled out of her own time and into another! There, in Japan's ancient past, Kagome discovers more than a few of those dusty old legends are true, and that her destiny is linked to one legendary creature in particular--the dog-like half-demon called Inuyasha! That same trick of fate also ties them both to the Shikon Jewel, or "Jewel of Four Souls." But demons beware...the smallest shard of the Shikon Jewel can give the user unimaginable power.
