It's from Touhou:
Wallpaper scans & Art from Touhou (look at the Scans section & you'll see the ears, and that girl from the left on the 2nd picture is all over a bunch of older Touhou wallpapers)
http://browse.minitokyo.net/865/touhou/
All I know about Touhou is from its wallpapers from wallpaper archive websites. I can confirm that it's not an Anime series as I got this page from Anime Database:
http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?sho...
[Edit] The minitokyo link I gave out says that Touhou is a PC game series with the first game coming out back in 1997. And it seems popular enough to have spawned dozens of Touhou based doujins (fan-made comics) on Mangaupdates.com
http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?...
[Edit] Touhou is also known as Project Shrine Maiden:

But due to its sheer popularity, fans have created doujin games, comics, music, etc. of their own based off of Touhou
[Edit]Found a Fan-made Touhou wiki, which is more informative than the Wikipedia version:

They are characters from a Japanese video game, the bunny girl is from Imperishable Night and I don't remember who the other girl is but probably from the same game and definitely by the same company (Touhou)
