I would say Uchiha Itachi's Tsukuyomi which he uses with his Mangekyou Sharingan!
I love the sharingan, and Itachi is so extremely cool and sexy. I love his illusionary techniques.
I love when he stabbed Kakashi with a sword for 72 hours. That was one of my favorite moments ever.
Oh Gaara's Desert Coffin and Desert Funeral. The first time he used it I was so amazed and blown away. Gaara is also super sexy.

But my actual favorite, would have to be shadow possesion justsu which Shikamaru does. I would love to trap people in my shadow and make them do whatever I do.
