All 3 volumes have been scanlated by fans & it is also licensed in English. Though its "hiatus" status on the link, might indicate CLAMP just stopped working on its continuation (for how long, only CLAMP knows).

Oh yeah! that's Legal Drug! You might also hear or see it refered to ad Lawful Drug. So far, there are only 3 volumes out. Supposedly the series will continue, but I was not told when. It's a great series and I think you will love it!!
