Word from various IRC channels, have said that the Inuyasha Anime was just halted temporarily in order to allow the Inuyasha manga to progress further (to avoid those Anime / Manga story splits). So there is the chance that the Anime may continue again at a later period.
I hope they make more :-) I love Inuyasha.
Although I would like very much to see new episodes of the anime , it's very unlikely, almost impossible
the manga will end very soon, I can't say a specific date but I think that it'll will last 2-3 months

I think the inuyasha anime will continue in our dreams coz it's taken too long and as time passes by, we are getting older and we would probably forget all about it.
for the manga, I didn't think it was still going on.
I hope they do, they have to continue, i mean the anime ended before the story even ended.
