Try VLC player.
If it doesn't play with that it isn't going to play with anything.

You may be lacking codecs.
Try the Combined Community Codec Pack. It should have every codec you need.

yeah most credibly u haven't installed codecs, use the link previous answerer gave and install them, then u should be able to view them with windows media player deffinately..
