Do you think garaa will be back to fight the akatsuki?!
Question: I know he no longer have 1 tail power... but i do hope he will be back.. more power from him and not depend on 1 tail.

I think that Garaa is naturally powerfull; also, so many people hated him simply because of the 1 tail. They wanted him stripped of his position as Kazekage just because of that, even though he was good for the village. He will probably become more powerfull socially (as in, have a bigger influence) since he is no longer held down by the 1 tail; though yes, he does look the same, and I wish we could see how he fares in battle now.

However, he hasn't shown up in manga so far. I guess it will take time. I am also wondering...since the tailed beast is gone, why is his eye still real dark and does he still have the sand power?

Although I do think that he will be back to fight the Akatsuki. I think that he will appear again and fight against them. I also think that Gaara is going to help Naruto fight against the Akatsuki. Naruto himself,will fight against them,because they are after them and for what they have done,and Gaara himself will have his own reasons to fight them. Especially from Deidara caused to Gaara and the sand village.
I still think Gaara is still strong without the sand demon within him. Although we still haven't seen Gaara fight without it,so he won't be as strong as he was before.

I really don't see how. With the loss of Shukaku, he'd have to completely re-learn how to fight, most notably he'd have to learn to dodge now (something he's never had to do before) since he can't afford to pour that kind of chakra into sand defense.
I wouldn't even put him at Jonin level power anymore.
