madara because he beat the first and second hokaga, with out trying and he's the father of the uchia clan
sasuke because he's more younger than them , he's more logical than itachi , we could see that in chapters to coming he's got more potential of his sharingan than itachi like orochimaru said to him , he's got same sharingan like madara and he's can become more great like kyuubi saw , he's is cool and become to each time more stronger
