my sis and i get at least one con a year and yes we love them!!(my sis likes to cosplay)......gaara deserves better ..like lee...(sorry sakura)..if gaara gave me a hug after kissing my forehead i think i'd check for a fever (maybe he was in the sun too long)...LoL...i wouldn't be able to help myself i'm a mom

I have never been in any anime/manga convention.... =/
First, it's too far away....
Second, my parents are pretty strict about education....
Third, they think anime/manga are for little kids..... >:(
Fourth, buying cosplaying costume is too expensive (i'm cheap and poor, sorry)
Fifth, and the last, I don't watch much anime nor read much manga!
But I do hear that one of my friends in eighth grade went there once, and he said it's awwwwesome... =)
He said there're lots of food and other anime things to buy, plus lots of good-looking cosplay, contests, and workshops. He even said he stayed up there from morning to evening..... God, is it really that good? =(
I want to go there too..... T___T

OMG!!!! Today is like the worst day ever!!!!! First, I said couple of times that I am a BOY and I RARELY watch anime and manga!!! (haven't watch anything for more than a week, and haven't read manga for months)
Yet I got email from my contacts that they thought I am ANIME-MANGA ADDICT and I am a GURL!!! >.<

Okay, anime conventions are AWESOME! I've been to two, Sakuracon and Kumoricon, which are WAY too close together so there's this 9 month void of sadness...
And I can't answer your other two questions because I don't know them...

I haven't been in any convention, I don't even know what do they do there... I wonder what do they really do there except for cosplaying, lol... I mean what's the main thing of a convention? I just dunno!
