Does orochimaru die?!

After two and a half years of training Sasuke, Orochimaru's current body begins to fail him and he is forced to begin contemplating how to take Sasuke's body. Sasuke however is unwilling to give him the chance and attacks a bedridden Orochimaru. Forced into a corner Orochimaru reveals his true form and begins the transfer process, although Sasuke - like Itachi years earlier, is able to use his Sharingan to stop it. Surpassing Itachi, Sasuke also uses his Sharingan to take control of the dimension within Orochimaru, completely turning the process against him. When later asked about Orochimaru's fate, Sasuke explains that he has merely retained control of his body.
While Orochimaru is considered dead in the eyes of the Naruto world, Kabuto has integrated what remained of Orochimaru into his body in an attempt to make himself into an entity even stronger than Orochimaru. The remains, however, seem to have some degree of consciousness, as they have since begun to slowly take control of his body.

Ya I think Sasuke kills him but then Kabuto saves him by absorbing what's left of him. Then after that I think Orochimaru slowly takes him over. So sort of like Jazmin said.
i think that's why he wants sasuke's body...
sasuske absorbed him as did kabuto but itachi weakened sasuke last couple of chapters in the manga and orochimaru got released but itachi owned him with his super ownage sword of pwnage that can seal anything..

he is dead when he came out of sasuke itachi killed him with his sword. his sword can seal anything it touches. the huge monster was holding it.

After continuing their training, Orochimaru remarks that Sasuke is much stronger than he was at his age, and slowly began to lose health. Sasuke however sees this as his time to defeat his master, attacking Orochimaru when he was ill. Orochimaru revealed his true form, a giant white snake made up of smaller white snakes. Sasuke activates the second level of his Cursed Seal, and appears to defeat Orochimaru, all while taunting him. However, Orochimaru still manages to invade his mind and attempt at takeover, but the Sharingan allows Sasuke, with his great skill, to destroy the inner dimension of Orochimaru.
Sasuke greets a stunned Kabuto and tells him that while he didn't "officially" kill Orochimaru, he had taken over. Since his defeat, Orochimaru has been suppressed by Sasuke's chakra, which gave Sasuke control over many of Orochimaru's abilities, such as pulling snakes from his sleeves for any part of his body. However when Sasuke used up his chakra fighting Itachi, Orochimaru was able to reveal himself and have a short battle with Itachi, only to be sealed Susano'o's Sword of Totsuka, sealing Orochimaru in a genjutsu. However, Kabuto he tells them how he infused himself with Orochimaru's remains, which is now slowly taking over his body, allowing Kabuto to take his power and finish Orochimaru's goals as a leader and not a follower.

As it seems Sasuke kills Orochimaru as he tries to take over his body but later we see that Kabuto fusioned with Orochimaru's Body & is slowly taking him over.
Then as we are surprised we will see him coming from Sasuke from a big Snakes Mouth but this time he was Killed by Itach's legendary Katana but still there is a chance that he might be alive inside Kabuto
well heres how it goes.
long story short:
he tried to take over sasuke with his imortality justsu but wa injured. then sasuke used genjutsu (the same his big bro once used) to reverse the technique, he absorbed oro into himself!!! then kabuto transplanted a pice of oro into himself because he promised oro his body and soul. now oro is trying to overtake him...
