Try youtube,google video,and veoh.com. The good thing about veoh.com is that you can watch and download full length episodes.
Youtube: For youtube, find the video you want and copy and paste the url address and paste it into either youtubex.com or keepvid.com. Then press enter. Your video link should come up then right click and click "save target as..." and save it into a folder. Just make sure you do this: "Note: Please rename the file from get_video to get_video.flv after you have downloaded it."
Google Video: Do the same thing as above.

Once you download it you can find anime show you like as well as many other shows ad watch and download directly yo your computer. With all of his tenketsus closed, Naruto cannot feel chakra in him and can barely stand. Neji continues to say that Naruto's fate does not include his winning. Neji exclaims that Naruto has no idea what it feels like to carry a seal that cannot be removed. Naruto thinks about how he was neglected and ignored because of the Nine-Tails sealed within him and says that he does too understand. Now, the only way for Naruto to win lies in summoning Kyuubi's chakra.
