if your Q is : did the story of naruto end? then no, it is continiuing with shuppiden. the most current eppisode relead is 49 and the most current chapter will be out tomarow and that is ch. 392.

No,its still going in fact Naruto Shippuden episode 49 is out tonight. Naruto (the original seres) has 220 episodes,and currently Naruto Shippuden is on 49 (when it comes out tonight),they will not stop making Naruto episodes,at least not for a while. They still need to get caught up to the manga. As for the manga it is on chapter 391,and 392 coming out later tomorrow. Although it is said that Naruto will end with 500 chapters,well lets just hope it doesn't.
