No, it's not true. So far, Kakashi will never become Hokage cause he's already admitted those who have and could surpass him.

No, right now sasuke and itachi are figting. The only place where that rumor could could have sprung up is when Jiraiya says that kakashi would be a canidate for Hokage if Tsunade had died shortly before he leaves to battle Pain(Pein).
Nope. He is considered the most likely candidate should Tsunade die before Naruto is mature enough to do it, though.
