Is it possible for a robot to become a vampire and vice versa?!

Anything can be done in writing, but it'd take some extreme means. I mean, I suppose if a robot were given a wish or something of the sort it could become a vampire...I don't really know. . .
A vampire could become like, a cyborg or something, with partial metal parts...that would be cool.
Vampirism is according to legends a disease that made one suck blood to survive & otherwise he have no need to do that so a Robot can't really be a Vampire even if programed to be so it can't be called a Vampire since it's just executing programing orders & have no need to that blood.
Now a Vampire can be a Cyborg or a bionic organism but not a Robot so he will still need his Blood & be a Bot at the same Time
You should check out the movie Chopping Mall. Those were some blood thirsty robots.
