Its easy first download a bit client (this is the progrm that you are going to use for the videos),there are plents to choose from like utorrent for example.
Then download what ever torrent file you are looking for.
Then go into the bit client program and import your torrent,afterowrds the files will tart downloading. Once completed the file will be in a windows media player format. You can get the the windows media plyer format bu right cliking on your downloaded file in the bit torrent program.
After right clicking it should say view folder or something to that effect,click on it and a folder show open up with your video in it.
If for some reason it is in the wrong format you can always convert it into the one that you need.

i suggest you use veoh however
free downloads and it's faster then torrents and won't slow down your computer
i download from naruto chaos. but b4 u do that u need bittorent. it's high quality and it's efficient. but takes 4 ever! (usally 7-8 hours) but i think it's worth the wait.
