There was no insulin, no needles...and after eating a piece of cake...he would probably have a seizue or something..
If he was diabetic, Light wouldn't need to kill him with the death note...just take away his insulin...(And his cake too, he would probably go nuts)

No if he was diabetic he would have died from all those sweets. I think he just really like junk food but all that sugar keeps him up so he cant sleep. He also must have a fast metabolism thats why he's so fricken skinny!
