Why are they making anime into live action movies?!
Question: why are they doing this. its bad enought that i heard so much craziness over the new dragonball movie coming this summmar and now i just found about death note has a mavie too what the heck is going on.

because they can and they think it's cool. it's just how they turn cartoons (like batman) into live action movies. it's silly, but sometimes they do it well. other times they don't. they also so it the other way around. they'll turn live action movies into anime and cartoons. normally these don't turn out well! <3

I've no idea, i love sailor moon but the live action movie is awful i cant even look at the screen cause i feel bad for the people in the film!

hollywood has run out of ideas. are they really making a DBZ movie I heard it was just a rumor
by taking that anime brand and put it to live action, surely you assure the movie to have potential viewer since the particular anime brand has establish its fanbase. for example im an evangelion fan and when the live action comes out i ll surely go watch it even if it sucks
Japan has been doing this for ages, just as America has been doing this for ages with comic books. I mean, how long ago was the first Superman movie?
They do it for the money that they think they can get. I'm not that big a fan of most live action anime movies simply because they don't get the budget they need- the Dragonball movie willl be made in the US though, so hopefully it will be produced well.
