When will be the best time to start watching naruto shippuden(sp?)?!
Question: I dont know what to do. i'm desperate to watch shippudden! but i'm afraid that if i start watching it now i'm going to be completely lost!. well so far i'm at the latest epsiode( where mizuki(sp?) and iruka were fighting) should i wait till the last episode. or can i start shipuden now?

First start with Naruto episode 1.
> Watch all the episodes from 1 to 134.
Episodes 135 - 220 are irrelevant to the story. Those episodes are known as filler episodes and are only put in place in order for the manga to get ahead of the anime.

Basically once you have finished Naruto episode 134 you can start watching Naruto Shippuden.

you should watch it until the big event happens that i dont want to give away to you. But let me tell you that it is the big fight, the big split, the big thing that the whole show has foreshadowed. Once that is over, then you can watch shippuden, as anything after that is not true naruto, but instead bull crap being sold to naruto fans to make money. But seriously it is like episode 140 or around there. You will know.
You have to start all the way from the beginning other wise you will never know whats going on,other wise you really won'y know who the characters are and the plot.
You should start from the begining at episode one and work your way up to episode 134. After episode 134 the rest are just fillers,that really don't need to be seen unless you want to. Besides that you can move onto Shippuden. Shippuden starts on episod 221.
Right now what you are on is episode 144,which is a filler,you can just skip as well as the rest up to 220,where Naruto and ends and then go onto Naruto Shippuden on episode 221.
The fillers are not part of the main story/manga. The really onl thin good about them is sometime during the episode it reveals more information about characters. There are also differnet misson they gon,as well as bonds betwee friends,but there really isn't anything that is really important.

Its okay. If you really want to then i think you should. I do and i haven't even finished the regular naruto episodes before the time skip. im on episode 196 on the regular one and i finished all of the naruto shippuuden so far.

These websites will also keep you updated on the shows and the manga series.

Yeah, you should start at the beginning because other wise, you'll have no idea what's going on in some places. And I agree, you should watch episodes 1 to 140 because after that, it's not important to the story! That's when you can start watching shippuuden episodes!

ohhh and in the beginnig its really funny what Sakura does to Naruto after seeing each other for about 2yrs. because Naruto was being Stupid but still funny the same Naruto as always!
Everybody that is saying to stop watching at Ep. 135 and start directly on Shippuuden are right because those are really just filler and almost all of them are boring and Naruto doesn't really get any stronger.
Ep. 168 is a funny one about Naruto, Sakura, and Choji making ramen that I liked and might be worth checking out.
