He will most likely become a pokemon master at the end of the series but Satooshi Tayaka((Pokemon Creater)) has made it perfectly clear that since they just had a 10 year aniversery in japan he wants to have another one for 20th year aniversery. So it will be a LONG time till Ash becomes a pokemon master but he definatly will someday. I mean does it even make sense for like a kid to be a pokemon master? So yea he will when gets older ^-^ hope I helped
