1) when he was narutos age. on the day he became a jonin, him and his team (obito uchiha and rin) under the lead of his sensi (the forth hokage) had a mission to blow up a brige (to give konaha the upper hand in the third great shinobi war). the team then split (forth hokage alone, kakashi, obito rin with kakashi in charge) rin wound up getting kidnappe dby an ememy shinobi and obito wantd 2 rescue her...nut kakashi said the missin was more impormtant!!!! so obito went alone...then kakashi felt bad so went to help him, he saved him frm getting slashd at the cost of his right eye! then they got to rin and tried to save her but the enemy made rocks fall every where...and kakashi had a blind spot!!! so he didnt see a rock come at him, it hit him and he trippd...then a giant boldr was about to smash him when obito grabbd him and threw him to safty...but obito got smashd. then he told kakashi to take his sharingan and get rin out to safty...

1. In later years Kakashi was assigned to lead a mission that would turn the war going on at the time in Konoha's favor. When his teammate, Rin, was captured by enemy ninja, Kakashi elected to leave her behind and finish the mission. His other teammate, Obito Uchiha, rejected this alternative, stating that those who abandon their friends are worse than garbage and that Kakashi's father had done the right thing by saving his teammates. Touched by Obito's words, Kakashi joined him in a rescue effort, though his left eye became damaged in the ensuing battle. After finding Rin and preparing to escape, an enemy induced cave-in crushed Obito. With the cave continuing to collapse around them and Obito unable to free himself, Obito urged his teammates to save themselves. Before leaving, Obito had Rin implant his Sharingan eye into Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. His new eye in tow, Kakashi fled with Rin as the cave collapsed, eventually completing their mission and forever mourning Obito's death.

1.] Kakashi got his Sharingan eye from Obito Uchiha. Obito is Kakashi's former team mate who died because his body was crushed by rocks. Obito wanted Kakashi to give him his eye and rin transplanted it to him.

shino looks like........well i guess he looks very wierd
like you know how weird kakashi looks without his mask becuz we have seen with his mask on all the enitre naruto show right

and maybe he wears the glasses because the bugs like ate his eyes or something and he has to eyeballs just to holes where his eyes should be
i mean those bugs have to come out somewhere and i do not think mishimoto is going to draw a swarm of bugs coming out of shino's but do you?
