Maybe, there are a lot of NaruHina being believe to happen. But NaruSaku is possible in Naruto Shippuuden.
I don't expect it to. Where would that leave Hinata? I guess since she's a minor character they could just forget about her. On the other hand Sakura is after Sasuke, so this question also depends on whether they will ever get Sasuke back.

Hinata and Naruto should be togather (and will) she is the only one who really had/has confidence in him and would love no matter what. Hinata already has strong feeling for Naruto. Its just that Naruto can't see it yet,but it time he will. As said before Hinata is much stronger then Sakura. Sakura always needs help with anything she does. Sakura hits Naruto over the head any way and knocks him out. On the other side of that Hinata loves so much and gets so nervous when shes sees Naruto she passe's out. So I believe in time they will get togather its just a matter of time no matter what!
So basically I hope (they will) they do and I think they will.
