so far, no, cuz jiraiya did die, but pein didn't do anything to his body yet...and dude, everyone in ur classroom is a noob!! anyone who thinks tht about naruto obviously doesn't have a life, and are noobs!!!!!!!!
The manga so far didn't show any scenes that pein took the body of Jiraiya. Maybe we need to still wait for the next episodes....

Because his character is just too good to be killed(Jiraiya is a very unique character and and has a lot of role in Naruto's life, from what I think it's just sad if he dies)

i don't think he will, pein just left Jiraiya to sink and didn't do anything. Besides Jiraiya's two frogs might be able to come and save him or tsunade through some miracle. jiraiya is one of my favorite characters and it kinda sucks if he really have to die

I really don't think he will. I don't really see a reason to. I think it Pains mind he thinks that Jiraiya is not worth. Oddly enough Pains 6 bodies were all opponents Jiaiya has killed in the past,Pain had done this for some reason,that has something to do with Jiraiy,but I still don't think he will. Pain is already powerful on his own and I don't think he would need,Jiraiya. Although I still think that Jiraiya could still have beaten Pain.
