Well actually the first won the fight. What happen was that there was rivalry between them and the 1st Hokage and Madara had gotten into the fight. It took place in the valley of the end. That's why the statues are there. In the end of the fight the 1st had won. Later on because Madara was upset that he had lost,he summoned the Kyuubi to attack the hidden leaf village,controlling it with a type of sharingan,we all now what happen after that,that the Kyuubi was sealed inside of Naruto.
As for Lee,no they really don't mention anything about his parents. They really don't say anything about any of the characters parents. I guess there really not important to the story/plot.
