Not likely. His body begins to fall apart from the intensity of demon chakra in a four tailed transformation; and power grows exponentially with each tail. I would imagine he would be vaporized by the power.
If it were to ever come to that, the eight trigram seal would dissolve, kyubi would be free of his host, and Naruto would die in a blazing tempest of energy.
It is possible that one day that might happen after all the seal that sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox is weaking,because of this more of the Nine-Tailed chakra can come out,but if the Nine-Tail were to come out it would take over Naruto body and his soul and would become the Nine-Tailed Fox. As of right now Naruto can only use 4 tails which is proving to be to much for him to handle and actually turns into a smaller version of the Nine-Tailed Fox. Even i he did unleash the full 9 tails it would kill him anyway.

It is highly unlikely that Naruto would transform into the full Kyubi. The first reason being that it's hard enough on Naruto's body to simply go into 4 tails. Naruto would die before that could occur and second because if full Kyuubi did manage to form then it would be obvious that Kyuubi was free since it would be full.
