Near is the most traditionally "adorable," being short with curlier hair and that prematurely-white thing they often give to kid geniuses in anime.
L is probably drawn the best. Obata makes his hunch, his sitting, and the bags under his eyes look really cool, while I can't imagine that being true in real life. (Seriously. Bad posture in real life is just... bad.)
Mello after he gets the scar is unbelievably handsome. Haha he totally gets my vote :D
