As for when it is going to be sub? I'm not sure. Probably in the next few days. Give it some time though because it isn't a regular release, and because it is 50ish minutes long it takes longer than most anime episodes to get subbed.

instead of complaining why don't you try to sub it yourself? You'll see it take some time.
