im not sure but its very expensive program but why dont you try flash cs3 on www.adobe.com as its pretty good for making animation and if you go on www.newgrounds.com you can see some peoples work which is very good
you need the program Macromeida Flash 8 but its only avalible to people who require it for there job. I got it casue my dad has it at his job and gave it to me
