A vibranium/adamantium alloy combination that has never been duplicated. This was done by Dr. Myron Maclain just during the later stages of World War II. One reason that his results were never repeated was that an accident occurred during the processing of the shield. The shield is virtually invulnerable to any extreme known to man. The only known way it can be damaged is to tamper with it's molecular bonding.
