Ya I saw the same thing,but no its not true,just fanart someone had made,the 4th Hokage i dead,so it can't be true. Also there is another one like that were they show L from Death Note being the leader from the Akatsuki,but obviously that's not true either.

No, those are good quality but I have read all the manga's that have been released and that does not happen. The leader is Pein but it is secretly controlled by Uchiha Madara. The fourth Hokage is dead I really don't see how there is anyway possible for him to appear again it would be a major plot hole in the series

No, that's not true. Some one drew that or edited it.
Also, on that theory Namikaze Minato ( Yondaime ) the Akatsuki Leader is false. It's not true, Pain is the Leader of Akatsuki.

Some think Tobi is the Leader of Akatsuki because Pain takes orders from him. Also told Pain he is the Uchiha Madara. That hasn't been surely confirmed yet. Tobi did tell Pain that though.
