It's pretty good.
Although, I think it has more than 13 episodes, but it's still short.
A breif summary:
Karin is an oddball in a family of vampires.
A new kid comes to her school one day and immedately she feel weak, the way she does when she need to bite.
So she sets a goal to keep that from happening. Mainly by keeping away from him.
Inevitably, he starts to get closer to her.
You'll have to watch it to find out the rest.
