Yes they do. Ask at the help desk for the graphic novel section. This is basically where they keep all the comics, including both US and Japanese ones. I was so surprised to find volumes of Love Hina and Ironfist Chinmi at my tiny local library in Cornwall, and it was that encounter that got me interested in Manga and Anime in the First place. Be aware that they will not have an extensive list and similarly won't have every volume for a particular manga, or even just the first volume. It's a total lottery what they'll stock but you can always check the library computer and they can order in volumes from other libraries around the area.

yes some libraries do have some. but they wont have everything. and also if they dont have the ones you want you can pay, say, £2 as a donation and they would buy the book. (it may vary in different libraries)
ooh and don't forget to ask if the other branches in other areas have the books... because sometimes they send them around so you could have it.
