Where can I watch the anime Parano (or is it Paramo?)?!

There's this anime that I find really interesting, but I have no idea where I might be able to watch it. It's called Parano: Love Is Morbid Through the Ages. I would love to watch it, but the places where I go to don't have it...If you need to know what it looks like, here's the link of where I found out about it

Uh, that's because (as far as I've found) it's not anime. It's only manga:

I checked a few places and I've never heard of it, for year on the mangaupdates page it's under 2007, if it was animated I would've found it, since info for new anime are on many sites now.
Looks interesting though, too bad it looks like no groups are scanlating it.
