thats not a movie or an episode. Thats one of the colorspreads that Oda draws at the start of each arc with the manga. sometimes, people alter the colors and stuff, or add new backgrounds that's what they did there. Here's Oda's original

Nami never had those kind of clothes, and her weapon (the one which is stuck to her thigh, the one which Usopp gave her) is blue not pink!

One Piece has only 1 OVA, it was released before the anime series started, nami was young there so of course that picture isn't from there!

Yep. Otaku at Heart was right. It was exactly appeared in the volume 12 in the beginning of chapter 111. Some people usually use that kind of picture, edit it to be a wallpaper and mix up with other characters. AAAAHHH!!!! Zoro is really COOL!
