Who will win in naruto manga 391 itachi or sasuke? i really dont think itachi co!

Nobody will die in 391, or 392 either. It's going to play out like this:
Itachi will get "hit" by the jutsu, and someone's life will flash before their eyes (over a matter of 12 pages, because Naruto is known for its extreme drawn-outedness).
Then, Itachi will dodge the jutsu by mustering up the miniscule amount of chakra he has left.
Zetsu will make a comment, and his other half will say another thing. And that basically takes up 391, wouldn't you say?
It looks like Sasuke's winning, but then again it's fluctuated enough times to make a reader sigh and think, "Won't one of them just kick it already?"
That's a tough call, they are both very strong.. but, so far it looks like sasuke is winning.

Nah, it's conceivable that itachi could be defeated. All he has is eye techniques and once you get over those he's not that tough.
I think Itachi is goin to be blind and ends up beaten up.

My strong hopes are for Sasuke to win. But you know its the show "Naruto"... some type of history of Sasuke and Itachi flashblack will occur which might take like over half the manga and the very last page will show the "final jutsu." Itachi is a strong opponent, but i think sasuke is way more powerful because he has absorbed orochimaru and all his jutsus and abilities, as for Itachi he has basically been possibly trained by Uchiha Madara. Itachi is all about "dojutsu" or eye techniques once that ability is blocked or in this case "been blinded," Itachi is powerless. My other thoughts on the next manga could be they show the final jutsu and/or jump back to the fight against Konoha ninjas vs Tobi; the news delivery of Jirayia's death to Lady tsunade. Another alternative is that zetsu "might" help Itachi to defeat sasuke because overall Itachi is 1 of the most powerful shinobis out of Akatsuki. As for Sasuke's final jutsu which he said" its a version of your amaterasu" obviously it might have the trait of a fire base technique or the ideas of engulfing the enemy or target. Without the use of Mangekyo Sharingan. And if the creators of "Naruto" let Jairya and Asuma die they have to let Itachi die... LET SASUKE WIN!!!!
Itatchi better not lose. He was suppose to still be stonger than sasuke. Look who trained itatchi how can his mangekyou have failed. he shlould have let sasuke burn more. Then again he isn't trying to kill sasuke but subdue him which is much harder than killing him.
